I’m an experienced administrative professional with a sharp eye for organization, calm under pressure, and skilled at keeping operations running smoothly. From supporting executives to managing office systems and coordinating projects, I bring reliability, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to making things work behind the scenes.

I hold master’s degrees in Technical Writing and Digital Business, which I use to enhance documentation, streamline workflows, and strengthen communication across teams. I’m also passionate about continuous education and constantly upskilling—an approach that expands my flexibility and keeps my skillset current. While working as an office assistant in Iowa, I developed a procedures manual that improved onboarding and became a trusted resource—later validated when the Lake County Courthouse requested my notes as training material.
